ESC — quit insert mode
w — to start of next word
b — to beginning of the word
e — to the end of the word
3w — 3 times w
30i- Esc — insert '-' 30 times
f — find next char
F — find previous char
3fq — 3rd occurence of 'q'
% — jump to the matching parenthesis
^ — the beginning of a line (non blank char)
0 - the beginning of a line (1st column)
$ — the end of a line

# — the previous occurence of the word under cursor
gg — to the beginning of the file
G — to the end of the file
5G — jump to line 5
/ — search text
n — search next
N — search previous
a — insert after
A — insert at the end of a line
o — insert text into a new line below
O — insert text into a new line above
x — delete char under the cursor
X — delete char to the left of the cursor
re — replace the char under the cursor to 'e'
dw — delete the 1st word on the right side
p — paste the deleted by d
. — repeat the previous command
v — go to visual mode
e — select word

u — undo
^R — redo
